We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team, help drive the next stage of our growth, collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to iterate the product vision, create and execute an ambitious product roadmap.


What you will be working on

You will lead the product development of our core system – Compass. Crucial to our future growth, this advanced investment platform is an integral part of how Bricklane makes intelligent decisions at scale, steering hundreds of millions of institutional capital.

Working with a dedicated team of engineers, you will research, define, and deliver an ambitious roadmap to support the acquisition and managing of large residential portfolios, primarily through technology. You will be responsible for running the product process, including researching the market, scoping projects, managing the backlog, and running product meetings both with stakeholders and engineers.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the product development of our proprietary investment platform - Compass. Developed since 2016, this is a critical part of our business, and central to our continued growth

  • Tracking and monitoring of performance and functionality after shipping, allowing for further iteration and improvement

  • Develop the long-term product vision and roadmap

  • Manage a product backlog, including writing requirements and stories

  • Being client facing – gathering requirements, discovering unmet use cases

  • Writing product and user documentation

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Technical product management experience 3+ years

  • Enterprise customer and/or B2B product experience

  • Technical background, experience working closely with software engineers with web technologies in an Agile environment

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in a technical or design discipline
