We’re looking for a People Partner to join our team, helping to drive our growth by creating the best possible employee experience and organisational platform from which we scale.

What you will be working on

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to help build, develop and nurture our teams, taking full ownership of the employee experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • The on-going development of a people-focussed culture, working with the senior management team to roll out exciting new initiatives, designing and implementing processes including performance development, recognition and reward strategies and employee benefits.

  • Acting as an employee champion to promote learning, development and wellbeing at work.

  • Becoming a cultural leader in employee communications and ensuring company policies are values-driven and fit for purpose.

  • Working in partnership with the internal Talent function and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective on-boarding process.

  • Working with senior management to develop ways of maintaining great engagement.

  • Promoting and ensuring implementation of diversity and inclusion metrics across all business processes.

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for the team whenever HR or welfare support is needed.

Our hiring process

  • You apply for the role, completing a form so we can find out more about you.

  • For applications that progress, we arrange a follow up 20 minute call to discuss the role and your experience further.

  • You’ll meet our Director of Operations followed by our management team who will explore how you approach putting in place great foundations for a scaling business with its team as its core priority.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll have 3+ years of experience in HR/People functions, ideally with time spent within a scaling company.

  • You’ll have a proven track record of implementing and leading a performance-based culture & supporting the delivery of training, learning and development throughout the business.

  • You’ll value the importance of employee engagement and continuous improvement incorporated into everyday business.

  • You’re an analytical thinker and a talented communicator, as well as approachable and empathetic.

  • You place true value on the contributions of individuals and recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion.
