Bricklane harnesses technology to unlock investment in residential property at scale.

We believe it’s time the housing market was brought into the 21st century, to benefit tenants and investors alike. 

Using Compass, our proprietary technology platform, we have industrialised the process of acquiring and managing individual properties.

Once properties are acquired, we are committed to providing a great proposition for our tenants, ensuring they can feel at home. They receive long-term contracts as standard, in well-furnished homes, with responsive property managers.

Founded in 2016, we’ve assembled a smart, highly collaborative team from the worlds of tech, property and finance. The business is backed by a range of leading investors including LocalGlobe, A/O Proptech and many others, who have backed technology leaders such as Transferwise, Robinhood, Bulb and Cazoo. 

We are currently deploying our first major institutional mandate, and also manage portfolios for retail investors in London, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham. We're scaling our team rapidly and are always on the look out for excellent people to help us realise our goals.
